Enclosure Types
Custom metal brackets can take many forms depending on the assembly, load, and installation method.
- Custom Desktop Chassis for proprietary board layouts and specialized hardware configurations that off-the-shelf cases can’t accommodate
- Industrial Computer Enclosures for environments with vibration, dust, moisture, or temperature fluctuations requiring added protection and durability
- Embedded System Enclosures for single-board computers and compact electronics where space efficiency and precise fit are the priority
- Mini-ITX and Small Form Factor Enclosures for modern small-profile motherboard standards with sufficient room for airflow and component access
- Server and Multi-Board Enclosures for complex assemblies requiring organized internal space, cable routing provisions, and dedicated mounting points
- Vented and Thermally Managed Enclosures with perforations or louvres for assemblies that generate significant heat during operation
- Welded Custom Computer Forms for applications requiring additional rigidity and structural integrity over standard bent and formed construction

Finishing and 2nd Operations Capabilities:
In addition to full-scale manufacturing, we also offer a number of finishing steps. These will help your enclosures look better and meet specific mechanical requirements.
- Powder coating is a very common finishing operation that changes how your part looks and performs. It involves adding a thin layer to the outside of your enclosure that has a specific texture and color that you can specify. It will boost corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and the longevity of your parts.
- Passivation can be done on cold rolled steel enclosures. This process removes surface contaminants in order to improve corrosion resistance.
- Anodizing is a process specific to aluminum. This process adds an oxide layer to your aluminum enclosures, which helps with corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
